Corporate podcast programmes · Mumbai

Your leadership bench has a lot to say. Almost none of it leaves the building.

A standing production day at your offices, a review path your legal team agrees to before anyone sits down, and a month of published episodes across every entity you run.

Stereo Tales runs corporate podcast programmes for communications teams. Leadership series, product explainers, partner shows and internal films, shot at your offices, finished to broadcast standard, and delivered on a schedule you can put in a plan and defend in a review.

The problem

Most corporate podcasts die at episode four.

Not because the idea was wrong. Because the second shoot needed three calendars to align, the edit sat in an inbox, legal raised a question nobody had planned for, and by the time it cleared, the news had moved on.

A programme survives when the production day is fixed in the calendar, the approval path is agreed before the first question is asked, and somebody outside your team owns the deadline.

How it works

Four moving parts. We own three of them.

01

Programme design

We map your speakers, your audiences and your publishing calendar, then agree the formats, the question sets and the approval path. All of it before a camera is booked.

02

A standing production day

Our crew sets up at your office. Each leader arrives for their slot and leaves. Three cameras, broadcast audio, cinematic lighting, one room, back to back. Nobody loses a morning.

03

Review, not surprise

Every cut goes to your named reviewers inside a fixed window, with the full transcript attached, so legal reviews words rather than scrubbing video. Nothing is scheduled until you sign it off.

04

Published and reported

Long-form, verticals, articles, subtitles and regional versions, distributed across company and executive channels. One monthly page you can forward upward without rewriting it.

What you can run

Four formats. One crew.

Most programmes start with one format and add the next once the production day is proving itself.

Format 1

The Leadership Series

Your MD, your business heads, the CEOs across group entities. Long-form, themed by quarter.

Built for reputation, recruitment and the record.
Format 2

The Product Explainer

Ten to fifteen minutes, shot in batches, answering the questions your buyers actually ask.

Short, searchable, and built to be forwarded by the people who sell for you.
Format 3

The Partner Show

Hosted by your own team, with the distributors, advisors and franchisees who carry your products.

Arms the channel instead of talking past it.
Format 4

The Internal Channel

Town halls, milestones, onboarding, culture. The same crew and the same standard.

Built for the audience behind the badge.
Approvals

Built for companies where nothing goes out unvetted.

  • Questions agreed in advance. No ambush, no improvisation, no soundbite nobody saw coming.
  • A full transcript with every cut, so compliance reviews text instead of scrubbing video.
  • Named reviewers, fixed windows, tracked versions. You always know what is waiting on whom.
  • Quiet-period aware. The calendar is built around your results and disclosure windows.
  • NDAs signed and the crew list shared ahead for security clearance. Gate passes and facility coordination are handled by us.
Who it is for

Teams who are measured on what the company sounds like.

Corporate communications and brand

Turning a leadership bench into a published point of view, on a schedule you control.

Investor relations and public affairs

Long-form, on the record, in your own words rather than filtered through somebody else’s coverage.

Sales and channel enablement

Product and partner formats built to be used by the people carrying the number.

Language and reach

Your market does not only speak English.

Every episode can ship with subtitles and with regional-language versions. Nideesh built and exited a subtitling company working across feature film and OTT. The same discipline goes into a product explainer for advisors in Indore.

Questions

Before you book.

We already shoot some of this in house.

Then start at the Edit Desk. We take the finishing and the turnaround, you keep the shooting. Most teams move the production day across once they see what consistency does to the output.

How much of our CEO’s time does this take?

One slot in your own building, with the questions sent in advance, and they walk back to their desk. No travel, no studio booking, no half-day gone.

What about compliance and quiet periods?

The calendar is built around your disclosure windows, and every cut ships with a transcript so legal can clear the words before anyone watches a frame.

What if a leader moves on mid-series?

The format belongs to the company, not to the person. We design the series so a change of speaker is an episode, not a crisis.

Who owns the footage?

You do. Every frame we shoot, every master we deliver and every raw file, organised and handed over.

Can you work inside our brand guidelines?

Yes, and across group entities, so three companies under one parent still look like one group.

Do you shoot outside Mumbai?

Yes. Mumbai is home and we are set up for BKC, Lower Parel, Worli and Powai. Travel for engagements outside the city is quoted per programme.
